West Pittston Council Members Jared Jordan, Toni Valenti, and Mike Bugelholl attended the Luzerne County Association of Boroughs & Townships meeting at Leggio’s in Dallas to meet with other municipalities, as well as listen to Representative Pugh, Luzerne County Councilmember Harry Haas, Ron Grutza and Logan Stover of PA State Association of Boroughs.
