The Borough of West Pittston is partnering with No Nonsense Neutering (NNN) to offer FREE TNR vouchers for free roaming community/feral cats. NNN is a same day surgery clinic by appointment only located at Gallagher Drive Plains, PA. To obtain vouchers, a resident must get an appointment(s) first. Come to Borough office with photo id, proof of residency, and your appointment date(s) to get voucher(s). Scheduling is done at http://www.nnlv.org Cats must come in a trap. ALL will be left ear tipped. Cats receive a rabies vaccine, distemper vaccine under 1 year old, flea, worming and ear mite treatments, fluids, and long acting pain medicine. Loaner traps are available at NNN clinic. Trap are available 1 week BEFORE your surgery date.
