The Borough of West Pittston is participating in the Regional Home Rehab program (CDBG-CV) with Pittston City! You may qualify for the program if your home has needs that include: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, environmental, foundation or roofing work. Applicants must be low/moderate income and meet one of the following criteria: senior (over 62), have a disability as defined by the ADA, or have a health condition that is relevant to COVID-19.
