NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a vacancy has occurred in the Council of the Borough of West Pittston. Any registered elector interested in filling the vacancy and who is at least 18 years of age and has resided within the Borough continuously for at least one year immediately prior to the individual’s appointment shall submit a written letter of interest and resume to Borough Council at 555 Exeter Avenue, West Pittston, PA 18643 or by email to secretary@westpittstonborough.com , no later than May 19, 2021.
Borough Council will be appointing a new Council Member at the next Council Meeting on June 1, 2021 to fill the unexpired term of former Council Member Barry Hosier which expires on January 1, 2022.
